These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. Additional terms and conditions may apply to any purchases, B2B relationships, or other TipaTech properties.

2. Scope of the Site

The Site is a product showcase and lead-generation platform for TipaTech water treatment systems, including the T-18 whole-house filtration system and the LotusDY under-sink system. The Site is designed to:

Display product information, features, certifications, and indicative pricing.
Collect contact information from visitors who express interest in TipaTech products.
Provide AI-powered customer support and product guidance through our chat assistant.
Connect interested visitors with TipaTech sales representatives and local installation partners.

Actual performance can vary based on source water quality, contaminant profile, plumbing configuration, pressure, temperature, installation quality, maintenance, cartridge condition, and other real-world variables. Statements on the Site should not be interpreted as universal performance guarantees.

Pricing displayed on the Site (e.g., “Starting at $X”) is indicative and may vary based on configuration, location, installation requirements, applicable taxes, and other factors. Final pricing is confirmed in a separate purchase agreement and does not constitute a binding offer by TipaTech. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Certification references, standards references, and testing statements are subject to the scope, conditions, and limitations of the applicable certification, test protocol, or documentation.

5. Editorial and Educational Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, article and blog content reflects the professional opinion, analysis, and editorial judgment of the identified author as of the publication date. 6. Lead Capture Forms and Communications

The Site includes lead capture forms through which you may submit your name, email address, phone number, zip code, and product preferences.

Submitting a form constitutes an inquiry, not a purchase. No purchase agreement is created by submitting a lead form.
By submitting a form, you consent to TipaTech contacting you using the information you provided to follow up on your inquiry.
If you check the TCPA consent checkbox, you additionally consent to receive automated calls and text messages as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 7). This consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase.
Do not submit confidential, proprietary, medical, or highly sensitive information through any form.
Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client, physician-patient, engineering-client, or any fiduciary relationship with TipaTech.
Communications from our team following a form submission are commercial in nature and relate to TipaTech products and services.

7. No Online Payment Processing

The Site does not currently process online payments or complete purchase transactions. Submitting an inquiry form, chatting with our AI assistant, or viewing product pricing on the Site does not create a purchase agreement, contract, or binding commitment by either party.

Any purchase of TipaTech products is subject to separate terms provided at the time of transaction, including a written purchase agreement, warranty terms, and installation agreement. Those separate documents govern the transaction and supersede any general information displayed on this Site.

8. AI Chat Assistant Terms

The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant (“Chatbot”) designed to answer general questions about TipaTech products and water treatment. The following terms apply to your use of the Chatbot:

The Chatbot is powered by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.
Chatbot responses do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, engineering, or otherwise) and do not represent binding commitments or offers by TipaTech.
Do not share sensitive personal, medical, financial, or confidential information in the chat.
TipaTech is not liable for any decisions made based solely on Chatbot responses. Always verify important information with a TipaTech representative.
Chat messages are processed through OpenAI’s API. By using the Chatbot, you acknowledge this data transfer as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 8).
TipaTech reserves the right to review chat transcripts for quality assurance, safety, and compliance purposes.

9. Lead Generation and Commercial Nature of the Site

By using this Site, you acknowledge that it is a commercial lead-generation platform. The Site is designed to connect interested consumers with TipaTech sales representatives and installation partners.

Product pages, pricing displays, and calls-to-action are commercial in nature and are intended to facilitate product inquiries.
By submitting a lead form, you acknowledge you may receive follow-up communications from TipaTech or its authorized partners regarding the products you expressed interest in.
TCPA consent for automated calls and texts is separate, voluntary, and not required to receive product information.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, product names, page layouts, images, videos, and compilations, is owned by TipaTech and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial informational use, provided you do not remove notices or misrepresent the source. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Acceptable Use Restrictions

Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, servers, hosting infrastructure, database, or related systems.

The Site embeds YouTube videos using a facade pattern. YouTube content and any cookies set upon clicking play are subject to Google’s and YouTube’s own terms of service and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers Regarding Site Availability and Content

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TipaTech makes no representation that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. TipaTech does not warrant that all content is complete, current, or suitable for every use case. Content may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time.

This section addresses the Site and Site content only. It does not eliminate or replace any written product warranty that may be provided separately with a product and governed by separate warranty terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipaTech, its affiliates (including Keler Group), and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and authors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of (or inability to use) the Site, including damages arising from reliance on Chatbot responses, lead form submissions, or product information displayed on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TipaTech’s aggregate liability for claims arising from the Site will not exceed USD 100 or the amount you paid, if any, to access the Site (which is typically zero). Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those states, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TipaTech and its affiliates, personnel, and authors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, misuse of the Chatbot, or violation of applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law requires the application of another jurisdiction’s law.

You and TipaTech agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or compliance changes. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms and may provide additional notice as appropriate for the nature of the change. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
